What We Do
A key element of maintaining a cohesive theme is selecting the right vendors, and we realize this can be a very draining and time-consuming process. It is important to hand-select vendors based on their ability and willingness to contribute to the overall vision of your event. There are countless photographers and florists to choose from; however, if they do not share your personal style, or if they are not willing to work within the theme, you simply will not be able to turn your concept into reality. We have procured a comprehensive list of industry leaders throughout the United States with a wide range of skills and resources. Vendors will be hand-selected by us and approved by you. We do not have a list of "preferred vendors," nor do we accept commission from vendors to use their services.
VENUE - We will set up and attend your initial walk thru for your wedding reception. This includes an initial site visit and cost analysis. We will be there to ask all of the pertinent questions and assist you in contract negotiations.
BUDGET - We handle all aspects of budget creation. Our extensive knowledge of the industry allows us to know exactly what we can finagle, and we'll work with you to ensure you're getting the best price from each vendor.
PHOTOGRAPHER - We will provide the photographer with an inspiration gallery, as well as assist in styling each shoot. We will also develop a customized shot list for your reception.
FLORAL DESIGN - Upon choosing your venues, we will set up a consultation to do a walk-through of the event spaces so that we may create a floral blue print based on the overall aesthetics and policies of the venue. We will collaborate with you on developing a floral design that is cohesive with your overall style, and also one that is within your budget.
CAKE DESIGN - Once we have decided on a cake design, we will present the baker with sketches or example images, and also assist in sourcing cake stands and toppers.
CATERER - While we do not choose your caterer, we will assist in the menu selection and presentation. FOOD IS ART!
PROP RENTALS - We will hand-select all props, linens, lighting, and furniture. We have a selection of one-of-a kind props that are FREE to each Event Planning & Design Client. If we can not find it, we will build it!
INVITATIONS + GRAPHIC DESIGN - Your Save the Date is your first impression. We will assist in all of the pretty details of paper selection, hand lettering, and graphics for your invitation suite as well as any signage you will need for your reception.
WEDDING FAVORS + GIFTS - We will present "out of the box" ideas and source materials for you to create unique favors for your wedding guests and thoughtful gifts for your bridal party.
ENTERTAINMENT - Based on our style guide, we will present you with a list of entertainers we recommend to get the party started!
CEREMONY + RECEPTION - We serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors on the day of the event. This includes installation and placement of all items mentioned in the contract.
WEDDING + RECEPTION COORDINATION - This includes creating the ceremony and reception timelines, orchestrating the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Distributing final payments to all vendors, Overseeing all vendor set up and break down, setting up personal items, such as the guest book, toasting flutes, cakes knives, etc., at the reception venue , orchestrating your first dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garland toss, and any other reception festivities.
